Julia has experience working with clients in clinical and educational settings. She applies her experience, learning, compassion, and curiosity to counsel her clients to bring about the change that improves their lives and relationships. Her person-centered approach helps clients feel heard and validated. She draws from several years of creative experience in her work with clients. Julia has worked with people from all walks of life who have experienced anxiety, depression, trauma, relational stress, and life transitions.

Julia holds a Master of Social Work degree from Grand Valley State University, and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). She is also trained in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. Julia enjoys working with individuals of all ages, but specializes in working with children.
